Food and Beverage management is an intricate part of any event. The best moments are easily forgotten if the food is bad. Having a dedicated food and beverage manager at your event is the best protection against an attendee leaving your event saying, "Yeah, the event was good, but boy, was the food bad!" In addition to being a highly memorable part of the event, food and beverage is often a large part of your event budget. A simple action like adding more coffee to a break can bump you thousands of dollars over budget.
